While drawn together by a common lifelong drive and real estate investing experience, their unique backgrounds bring individual strengths to a shared business.

A California native and UCLA graduate, Andrea began her career marketing luxury golf communities, including Bighorn Country Club. After raising two sons, she transitioned into Orange County real estate. Longtime visitors to the Valley, Andrea and her husband purchased their second, successful short-term rental investment in PGA West 10 years ago.

Originally from Boston, Liz spent the past 30 years in California working at tech startups in the Bay Area and Santa Monica. She was Yahoo’s GM for music, television, and movies, but hit a ceiling a decade ago. That’s when friends stepped in with some career-changing advice: "You need to be in real estate."

Both women have been completely invested in desert life since 2020, offering their real estate expertise to the Coachella Valley full-time. When Andrea attended one of Liz’s open houses, the two immediately connected personally and professionally. Recognizing that their combined skills offered superior service, they quickly transitioned from working loosely together to forming a dedicated partnership. As Liz puts it, “Our two brains and hearts are far better than one!”
