Former media exec with killer negotiating skills

I spent decades in high-profile businesses (former GM of Yahoo Entertainment, EVP at Edelman, etc), but real estate was ALWAYS a part of my life thanks to my savvy parents.

I've bought and sold 7 of my own properties in Boston, San Francisco, Santa Monica and Palm Desert (3 groovy mid centuries in PD, I am an architecture and design nut).

Real estate is a second act and personal passion for me.  I take immense pride in providing top-notch service...it is in my DNA. That and a diabolical attention to detail, plus a true understanding of the contracts / legalese and process. My negotiating skills are highly respected by clients and other agents... you cannot successfully run a large entertainment / media business and deal with studios, networks, labels, and mega advertisers without mastering this art.

My business is entirely referral-based, and my clients are more than just "deals," majority are now friends instead of "clients."  I don't care about your budget (my deals range from $500K - $4M+), instead I care about being strategic in how you buy or sell property and protecting your interests.​

​You will quickly learn two things about me: 1) I am a recent breast cancer survivor, and a supporter of Eisenhower's Lucy Curci Cancer Center with a fund I created for them, and a member of their fundraising committee "Circle of Stars."  2) I am a proud mom of rescue labs and I foster many every year. I donate significant dollars, time and energy to these two causes.  Also, I swear like a trucker because I am from Boston, so fair warning.
